I offer a first step towards healing from negative life experiences, fear, and stress that affect your physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore and untangle the unconscious patterns shaping how you see yourself, others, and the world.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, awarded by the Open University. I’m training with the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, having achieved the Advanced Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) and now working towards the Level 5 Diploma. I’ve also completed hundreds of hours of CPD on how the brain, body and nervous system shape behaviour and emotions.

As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I combine evidence-based methods such as self-awareness, relaxation, cognitive restructuring, behavioural change, and self-efficacy training — strengthened by imaginal techniques and hypnotherapy. All my work is underpinned by psycho-education rooted in neuroscience and psychological research.

The first session is designed to understand your present challenges and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. It offers a space to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and begin building a connection in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

Sessions are conducted in person or online (using Google Meet).

My hourly rates are £65 (in person) and £60 (online) at present.
