Louise Ward Integrative Therapy
I offer the first step towards healing from negative life experiences, fear, and stress that affect an individual’s physical, mental, and social self by helping them understand the unconscious patterns shaping their view of themselves, others, and the world. I’ve achieved a BSc Hons in Psychology with the Open University and I’m currently a trainee at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
My service combines self-awareness coaching, anxiety management, relaxation, cognitive restructuring, and behavioural reversal strengthened by the use of imaginal techniques and hypnotherapy. All my work is underpinned by psycho-education rooted in the latest neuroscience and psychological research.
My integrative approach goes beyond surface-level interventions. Drawing on my understanding of neurodivergence, IFS, CRT and attachment theory, I integrate these concepts into the psycho-education I provide, alongside practising CBT, mindfulness, relaxation and breathwork techniques to help clients identify and unravel the core fears and beliefs that drive their emotional and behavioural cycles.

My hourly rate is £45 at present.
