Louise Ward Integrative Therapy
Are you quietly wondering whether you might be neurodiverse? Maybe you’ve noticed patterns in how you think, feel, or react that don’t seem to match those around you. Perhaps everyday tasks feel harder than they should, or you’ve spent years masking traits you didn’t fully understand. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and there’s nothing wrong with you. This space is here to offer understanding, reassurance, and support as you explore what it means to process the world differently.

I’ve been through a deep personal process of discovery around my own neurodiversity, uncovering patterns of behaviour, cognitive challenges, and missed opportunities that, in hindsight, all connect. This exploration has helped me understand my own ADHD diagnosis and the possibility that I also sit within the high-functioning autistic spectrum. I feel incredibly passionate about this insight—not only for how it’s helped me make sense of my past, but for how it allows me to support others who are beginning to ask similar questions about themselves. While I’m not a qualified ADHD coach and I don’t offer diagnoses, I strive to be a steady, compassionate presence for those who are struggling with symptoms or self-doubt. I want to be someone they can rely on—to feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that recognising the impact of cognitive and emotional regulation challenges in daily life can be the first step toward self-acceptance, and I aim to gently guide people toward the information, reassurance, and next steps that may help them make sense of their experience.
